This is the second time I have given an outdated mirror a little spray paint pizzazz. It's one of the quickest and easiest ways to update an old mirror. The first mirror I painted was actually a thrift shop find. I transformed the boring old gold frame into a vibrant, fun yellow. This time I used a mirror that I salvaged from my grandparents' house.
what you'll need
-a mirror of your choice
-spray paint (don't be afraid to experiment with vibrant colors)
-painters tape
-plastic bags

how to do it
1) wipe off any dust from the mirror
2) cover the actual mirror with plastic bags
3) use painters tape to outline the edges of the mirror and to secure the plastic bags so the actual mirror is protected from the paint
4) SPRAY PAINT!
5) wait about 30 minutes before handling (spray paint dries really fast so check up on it periodically)
6) apply an additional coat if necessary
7) let the paint dry
8) careful remove the painters tape and plastic bags
9) choose a wall to hang your new creation!
