Vegan for 30 Days!

I haven't had meat in over two years. What started out as a vegan lifestyle made a slow transition into vegetarian. I have to admit, my body has never felt as good as it did when I was completely vegan. I had more energy, my mood improved, and I generally just felt better. I found it difficult to keep up, but I'd like to try it again. So I decided to Pledge to Be Vegan for 30 Days!
And keeping up with the spirit of self-improvement in the new year, I've made it one of my resolutions. Therefore, I won't be starting this new diet until January 1st. So I decided to make on of my very favorite non-vegan meals for lunch today...PIZZA. Red & green peppers, onions, and pineapples. Delicious.
3 more days until no more cheese. It's kind of heartbreaking, but I feel good about it. Not to mention, Brixx has a BANGIN' vegan pizza. I always get it rather than their normal pizza anyways. So that's something to look forward to:)
Anyways, I guess what I'm trying to get at here is..if you haven't considered going vegan, or even vegetarian, it's definitely something to think about. What could be more rewarding than saving over 100 animals each year simply by slightly changing your diet?
